# eBay Stores

The **eBay Stores** page (under **Settings**) lists the eBay stores connected to Droopify and opens the settings Droopify uses to create drafts, calculate prices and handle orders for each store.

## Table columns

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Store** | eBay store name and profile picture (or its initials on a coloured background) |
| **Added on** | Date the store was connected to Droopify |
| **Region** | eBay region where the store was created |
| **Type** | Account type of the store on eBay: **Private** or **Business** |
| **Status** | Seller level (**LEVEL** row): **Top Rated**, **Above Standard**, **Below Standard** or **Not Available**; the store's eBay plan (**PLAN** row) |
| **Stock Quantity** | eBay selling limit in number of items (**LIMIT**) and how much you already use (**USED**) |
| **Stock Value** | eBay selling limit in value (**LIMIT**) and how much you already use (**USED**) |

Level, plan and limits come from eBay and update automatically. You can find a store with the search bar (**Store Name**, at least 3 characters).

## Settings per region and supplier

A store's settings (its automation) are separate for each pair of eBay selling region and supplier: for example eBay Italy with Amazon and eBay Italy with AliExpress have different values.

1. Click **Edit** on the store.
2. Pick the eBay selling region.
3. Pick the supplier.
4. Change the tabs you need and click **Save Changes**.

A region and supplier appear on their own when you create the first draft for that pair. To set them up earlier: [Add a selling region or a supplier](https://docs.droopify.co/en/add-ebay-store-region).

## Saving the settings

Changed fields show **(Edited)**. **Save Changes** is only active when something changed. After saving, **eBay store changes have been saved successfully.** appears and changes can take some time to reach all drafts and listings.

If part of the save fails (for example a promotion or the sponsorship rejected by eBay), the error message appears instead of the success message: details are on the page of the tab.

## Main Store and visible stores

The **Main Store** (used by default for the main operations) and the stores whose data you see in the dashboard are chosen in the **Switch eBay Stores** popup, not on this page: see [Switching visible stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/switch-ebay-stores). To choose a store as the destination of drafts, the store must be among the visible ones.
