This page helps you solve the most common problems with the drafts of the [Drafts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/drafts) page.

## The newly created draft doesn't appear

**Possible causes:**

1. **Creation is still running or failed**: open the [Operations History](https://docs.droopify.co/en/operations-history) of the Drafts page, **Draft Creation** section. What to do: if the row has the red X, read the reason and look it up in [Create a draft](https://docs.droopify.co/en/create-a-draft), Possible errors section.
2. **The product already exists**: the reason is "A draft or listing already exists for this product.". What to do: search the product in Drafts with **Supplier PID** or in [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory).
3. **You reached the plan capacity**: the reason is "You have reached the maximum number of products allowed by your plan.". What to do: delete drafts or listings you don't need, or change plan ([Profile & Billing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/profile-and-billing)).
4. **The draft's store is not visible**: the table only shows drafts of visible stores. What to do: make the store visible in [Switch eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/switch-ebay-stores).
5. **Search or filters are active**: What to do: clear the search and click **Reset** in the filters.

## The eBay store is not among the ones you can pick

**Possible causes:**

1. **The store is not visible**: **Publish on** in **Create New Drafts**, **Create drafts in** in Winning Products and the **eBay store** operation of **Bulk Edit Drafts** only list visible stores; the **eBay Store** field of a draft popup shows the visible stores plus the draft's current one. What to do: make the store visible in [Switch eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/switch-ebay-stores), then open the popup again.
2. **The store is not connected**: What to do: connect or reconnect it from the [eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-account) page.

## The draft shows as Out of Stock

The reason appears under the row:

1. **"The product is out of stock because it is no longer available or has been permanently removed by the supplier"**: the supplier no longer sells it. What to do: wait until it is available again or delete the draft.
2. **"The product is out of stock because the shipping times exceed the maximum days allowed by your preferences"**: delivery exceeds the store's **Maximum delivery days**. What to do: raise the value in the store settings ([eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-account)) or pick another product.
3. **Availability set by hand**: in the edit popup **Availability** is **Not available** with **(Edited)**. What to do: change it or use **Reset Changes**.

## Publication fails

The draft stays in Drafts with the reason in red under the row.

**Possible causes:**

1. **Restricted or out of stock product**: What to do: if you are sure eBay accepts the product, publish again with **Ignore all warnings and publish the draft.** ([Publish Draft](https://docs.droopify.co/en/publish-draft)).
2. **Word in the store's Keyword Blacklist with the Block action**: What to do: remove the word from title, description or item specifics, or change the store blacklist.
3. **Images too small for eBay**: What to do: upload larger images in the **Images** section.
4. **Category not found**: What to do: pick the **Category** by hand in the edit popup.
5. **Error returned by eBay**: the text comes from eBay. What to do: fix the field it mentions and try again.

## The scheduled draft was not published

Check the message under the row: the same causes as a failed publication apply. If the draft has warnings and you didn't tick **Ignore all warnings and publish the draft on the scheduled date.**, publication stops.

If no cause matches, contact support with the eBay store, the draft's **Supplier PID** and a screenshot of the message under the row or of the **Operations History**.
