At the end of this procedure the Amazon session saved by Droopify is closed and the account stays in the list as not connected.

## Before you start

- The **Disconnect** button appears only for connected Amazon accounts. AliExpress accounts are not disconnected: they are deleted ([Delete a supplier account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/delete-supplier-account)).
- While the account is disconnected, Droopify uses it neither for automatic orders nor for order monitoring. Products and listings are not changed.
- If you only want to pause the automatic order for a while, you can also turn off **Account Status** ([Edit a supplier account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/edit-supplier-account)): the account stays connected.

## Disconnecting the account

1. In **Settings** > **Supplier Accounts** click **Disconnect** on the account row: the popup opens with the region flag, the account email and the question **Are you sure you want to disconnect this supplier account?**
2. Read the warning: **By disconnecting the supplier account, Droopify will no longer be able to use it for automatic orders and order monitoring until you log in again. Products and listings are not changed. You can reconnect it at any time with Log In.**
3. Tick **I have read and accept that, once disconnected, this supplier account will not be used for automatic orders until I log in again.** Until the box is ticked the button stays disabled.
4. Click **Disconnect Supplier Account**.

## What happens next

**The supplier account has been disconnected successfully.** appears. The account stays in the table as not connected, with the **Log In** and **Delete** buttons.

To use it again click **Log In** and enter the password: [Add Supplier Account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/add-amazon-account). Managing Amazon accounts is described in [Amazon account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/amazon-account) and all actions in [Supplier Accounts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/supplier-accounts).
