# Delete Order

How to remove a single order from the list on the [Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/orders) page with the **Delete Order** popup.

## Deleting an order

1. On the **Orders** page, on the order's row press the red **Delete** button (bin icon).
2. **Delete Order** opens with the text "The order will be permanently deleted from Droopify."
3. Press **Delete Order**. **The order has been deleted successfully.** appears and the table refreshes.

To delete several orders at once use [Delete Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/bulk-delete-orders).

## What happens next

- The order takes the **Deleted** status and disappears from the list. You find it again by choosing **Deleted** in the **Status** filter.
- Nothing changes on eBay: the order stays valid and the customer still expects the package. To cancel the sale use [Set as Cancelled](https://docs.droopify.co/en/cancel-order).
- If you had already purchased the product from the supplier, the purchase isn't cancelled.
- A **Deleted** order no longer has actions in the status menu. To bring it back to **Pending** with the eBay data use **Reset Order** in the [order details](https://docs.droopify.co/en/view-order-details).

## Deleting, archiving, cancelling

| **Delete** | The order becomes **Deleted** in Droopify; nothing changes on eBay |
| [Archive Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/archive-orders) | The order stays as it is and moves to **Archived Orders** |
| [Set as Cancelled](https://docs.droopify.co/en/cancel-order) | Cancels the order on eBay (or only on Droopify) |

## Possible errors

If the deletion fails, the reason appears (a Droopify message or eBay's text) and the order stays as it was.

| **You can't perform this action: an automatic purchase is in progress for this order. …** | Wait for the automatic order to end or stop it with **Cancel Purchase** ([Purchase Product](https://docs.droopify.co/en/fulfill-order)) |
| **The order was not found. Check the entered data and try again.** | Reload the Orders page and try again |
