# Delete an eBay store

> How to delete an eBay store from Droopify with the Delete popup: confirmation box, drafts and listings removed, listings on eBay and possible errors.

At the end of this procedure the eBay store is no longer connected to Droopify and disappears from the **eBay Stores** page.

## Before you start

- All drafts and listings of the store are removed from Droopify. The action cannot be undone.
- The listings stay published on eBay, but Droopify stops managing them: price and availability are no longer updated automatically. If you don't want them to stay on sale, end them on eBay.
- If you only want to hide the store's data from the dashboard, you don't need to delete it: remove the store from the visible stores with **Switch eBay Stores** ([Switching visible stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/switch-ebay-stores)).

## Deleting the eBay store

1. Go to **Settings** > **eBay Stores**.
2. Click **Delete** on the store row: the **Delete @store-name** popup opens with the question **Are you sure you want to delete this eBay store?**
3. Read the warning: **All drafts and listings associated with this store will be removed from Droopify. This action cannot be undone.**
4. Tick **I have read and accept that deleting this eBay store will remove all associated drafts and listings.** Until the box is ticked the button stays disabled.
5. Click **Delete eBay Store**.

## What happens next

**The eBay store has been deleted successfully.** appears and the store disappears from the table. The store no longer counts towards the number of eBay stores in your plan.

To use it again, connect it from scratch with **Add eBay Store** ([Connect an eBay store](https://docs.droopify.co/en/add-ebay-account)): deleted drafts don't come back, while listings still active on eBay appear in [Untracked Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/untracked-inventory), where you can synchronize them.
