# Improve several listings with AI

> Have AI rewrite the title, description and item specifics of several listings at once from the Droopify Inventory: fields, credit cost and outcome.

How to have AI rewrite the title, description and item specifics of several Inventory listings in a single operation.

## Before you start

- The **Improve with AI** button appears in the bottom bar only if AI is available for your account.
- Each selected listing costs the same number of credits, whatever fields you choose: the total cost is shown in the popup before you confirm. Credits are bought in [Profile & Billing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/profile-and-billing).
- For a single listing, with the chance to check the texts before publishing them, use [Improve a listing with AI](https://docs.droopify.co/en/improve-listing-with-ai).

## Confirm AI Optimization

1. In the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory) tick the listings, or use **Select All** to take every listing matching search and filters.
2. In the bottom bar click **Improve with AI**: the **Confirm AI Optimization** popup opens, showing how many products you selected.
3. In **What do you want to make irresistible with AI?** choose at least one of **Title**, **Description** and **Item Specifics**. Droopify remembers your choice for next time.
4. Check the **Total cost** box, with the credits and the number of selected products.
5. Click **Confirm and pay N credits**.

The operation cannot be undone and credits are non-refundable.

## What happens next

- "The AI optimization has been started: it may take a few minutes depending on the number of selected products." appears.
- Unlike the single edit, the new texts go straight to eBay, without a review step.
- The affected rows stay greyed out until the operation is done; progress and outcome are in [Operations History](https://docs.droopify.co/en/operations-history).
- Rewritten listings show the **AI** label under the title. If a listing doesn't show the new texts once the operation is done, try again on that listing.

## Possible errors

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| **Error** | Select at least one listing and try again |
| **You do not have enough credits for the AI rewrite.** | Buy credits in [Profile & Billing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/profile-and-billing), then try again |
| **One or more selected products are not valid.** | Reload the page and select them again |
| **One or more applied filters are not valid. Please reload the page and try again.** | Reload the page, apply the filters again and retry |
