How to apply the same change to several Inventory listings with the **Edit Listings** button.

## Before you start

- Tick the listings in the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory), or use **Select All** to take every listing matching search and filters, on other pages too.
- To change the settings of all the products of a store, new drafts included, use the [eBay Stores](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-account) page: the link is also in the popup.
- To rewrite titles, descriptions and item specifics with AI there is a separate button: [Improve several listings with AI](https://docs.droopify.co/en/bulk-improve-listings-with-ai).

## Bulk Edit Listings operations

In the **Bulk Edit Listings** popup you can add up to 3 operations at a time.

| Operation | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Quantity** | Sets the new Default Quantity (**New Quantity**) |
| **Price cents** | Sets the cents the selling price is rounded to (**New Price cents**) |
| **Profit** | In **Mode** choose **Set** (replaces) or **Increment** (adds to the current value). **Profit Percentage (%)** applies to listings with percentage profit, **Unit (Fixed profit)** to those with fixed profit. Fill in at least one of the two: a field left empty leaves the profit of the listings of that type unchanged. The selling price is recalculated |
| **Price Monitoring** | **Enabled** or **Disabled** |
| **Stock Monitoring** | **Enabled** or **Disabled** |
| **Custom tag** | Assigns a tag, creates a new one if you type it, or removes it |
| **Reset** | Brings the listings back to the automation default values (title, description, images, price, quantity) |

A negative profit with **Set** is allowed: "Warning: you are setting a negative profit, you will sell at a loss." appears.

## Editing several listings

1. In the bar at the bottom click **Edit Listings**.
2. In **Operation** pick an entry from **Add an operation** and fill in its fields. Repeat for the other operations; the X removes them.
3. Click **Apply**.

"The operation has been submitted: it may take a few minutes depending on the number of listings being edited." appears.

## What happens next

- The affected rows stay greyed out until the operation is done; the table refreshes by itself.
- Progress and outcome are in [Operations History](https://docs.droopify.co/en/operations-history), at the top of the Inventory.
- To bring a single listing back to its original values use **Reset Changes** ([Edit a listing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/edit-single-listing)).

## Possible errors
