How to delete several listings at once with the **Delete Listings** button, from both eBay and Droopify or only from Droopify.

## Before you start

- Deletion applies to whole listings, with all their variants.
- For a single listing you can use the red button on the row: [Delete a listing](https://docs.droopify.co/en/delete-listings).
- Deletion cannot be undone.

## Delete only from Droopify (not from eBay)

| Tick **Delete only from Droopify (not from eBay)** | What happens |
|---|---|
| Not ticked | The listings are removed from eBay and deleted from Droopify |
| Ticked | The listings stay on sale on eBay but disappear from Droopify: Droopify no longer updates their price and availability |

## Deleting several listings

1. In the [Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/inventory) tick the listings to delete, or use **Select All** to take every listing matching search and filters.
2. In the bar at the bottom click **Delete Listings**.
3. In the **Delete Listings** popup choose whether to tick **Delete only from Droopify (not from eBay)** and click **Delete Listings**.
4. If there are many listings the warning "You're about to delete a large number of products. Press the button again to confirm." appears and the title becomes **Confirm deletion of N listings?**. Check the number and click **Confirm deletion (N)**.

The same button is in the [Untracked Inventory](https://docs.droopify.co/en/untracked-inventory).

## What happens next

- "The deletion of the selected listings has been started successfully. This operation may take a few minutes." appears and the table refreshes.
- The rows stay greyed out until the deletion is done; the outcome is in [Operations History](https://docs.droopify.co/en/operations-history).
- If the deletion fails, the popup stays open and shows the error message. With listings from several stores, the other stores are processed anyway: check which listings are left and try again only for those.

## Possible errors
