How to move several orders to the archive of the [Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/orders) page with **Archive Orders** and bring them back to the list with **Unarchive Orders**.

## Archiving orders

1. On the **Orders** page select the orders with the checkboxes on the left.
2. In the bulk actions bar press **Archive Orders**. The **Archive Orders** popup opens: "Selected orders will be moved to the archive."
3. Press **Archive**. **Operation completed successfully.** appears and the orders disappear from the list.

If you change search, filters or sorting, the selection is cleared.

## Viewing archived orders

Press **Archived Orders** at the top of the page: the table shows only archived orders, with the same columns, search and filters. To go back to the main list press **Back to Orders**.

## Unarchive Orders

1. In **Archived Orders** select the orders to bring back to the list.
2. Press **Unarchive Orders**. The **Unarchive Orders** popup opens: "Selected orders will be restored and removed from the archive."
3. Press **Unarchive**. **Operation completed successfully.** appears.

**Unarchive Orders** only takes the orders out of the archive: it isn't **Reset Order** in the [order details](https://docs.droopify.co/en/view-order-details), which brings an order back to the eBay data.

## What changes for an archived order

- Status, tracking, profit and order data don't change; nothing changes on eBay.
- Archived orders don't appear in [Order Issues](https://docs.droopify.co/en/order-issues), even if they have an open cancellation, return or dispute.
- You can still open the order details and delete it with [Delete Orders](https://docs.droopify.co/en/bulk-delete-orders).

## Possible errors

If one of the errors in the table appears, no order changes. If instead the operation fails for the orders of one eBay store, the reason for the error appears and the orders of the other stores may already be archived or unarchived: reload the page to see the updated status.
