How to connect an AliExpress account to Droopify and manage it on the **Supplier Accounts** page.

Columns and settings shared by all supplier accounts are in [Supplier Accounts](https://docs.droopify.co/en/supplier-accounts).

## How an AliExpress account is connected

The AliExpress account is connected through the official AliExpress authorization: you don't enter the password in Droopify and no 2FA key is needed. So, compared with Amazon:

- the **OTP Code** column stays empty;
- there is no **Disconnect** button;
- the **Delete** button is always available.

Droopify uses the account for automatic orders of AliExpress products and to follow the status of orders at AliExpress.

## Connecting the AliExpress account

1. Go to **Settings** > **Supplier Accounts**, click **Add Supplier Account** and choose **AliExpress** ([Add Supplier Account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/add-amazon-account)).
2. The AliExpress authorization page opens: sign in with the account you want to connect and authorize Droopify.
3. AliExpress brings you back to **Supplier Accounts**, where the account appears as connected in the table.

The number of supplier accounts (Amazon and AliExpress together) depends on your plan: see [Prices](https://docs.droopify.co/en/prices). An AliExpress account can be connected to only one Droopify account.

## AliExpress account region

The **Region** column is filled in automatically with the region of the AliExpress account read during the authorization: you don't pick it.

## AliExpress account settings

Click **Edit** (or the row) to change **Account Status**, **Maximum daily orders** and **Maximum loss limit**: see [Edit a supplier account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/edit-supplier-account). The automatic order with AliExpress is turned on with the **Automatic order** switch in the eBay store settings, for the region and the AliExpress supplier: see [General store settings](https://docs.droopify.co/en/ebay-store-general-settings).

## Logging in again

If the authorization is no longer valid, the row shows **Your login session has expired. Please log in again to continue.** and the **Log In** button.

1. Click **Log In** (or the row): the AliExpress authorization page opens.
2. Sign in with the same AliExpress account and authorize Droopify.
3. AliExpress brings you back to **Supplier Accounts** and the account is connected again with its settings.

## Deleting the AliExpress account

The **Delete** button is always available for AliExpress accounts, even when they are connected. The account disappears from the page and Droopify stops using it; to use it again, connect it from scratch. The procedure is in [Delete a supplier account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/delete-supplier-account).

## Connection errors

If the connection fails, the error message appears when you are back on **Supplier Accounts**.

| **Error authorizing your AliExpress account. Please try again.** | Repeat the procedure |
