# Accepting all pending requests

> How to accept at once all the access authorization requests received from other Droopify accounts with the Accept All Pending Requests popup.

With the **Accept All Pending Requests** popup you accept in a single step all the access authorization requests that other Droopify accounts have sent you.

## Before you start

- Requests arrive when the owner of another Droopify account grants you access authorization using your email ([Granting access authorization](https://docs.droopify.co/en/grant-access-authorization)).
- You find them in **Security & Access**, in the **Client Authorization Management** panel, with the **Pending** tag.
- The **Accept All Pending Requests** button shows in brackets how many requests are waiting for an answer; if there are none it is disabled.

## Accepting all requests

1. In **Settings** open **Security & Access**.
2. In the **Client Authorization Management** panel click **Accept All Pending Requests**.
3. In the popup click **Accept All Requests**.

To accept or reject a single request you do not need the popup: use **Accept** or **Reject** on the account row.

## What happens next

**All pending requests have been accepted successfully.** appears, the popup closes and the list refreshes: the requests no longer have the **Pending** tag.

- From then on you can enter each of those accounts from **Switch Account** ([Switching account](https://docs.droopify.co/en/switch-account)).
- To give up an authorization you already accepted, click **Log Out** on the account row.

## Possible errors

If the operation fails, the popup stays open and an error message appears: reload the page and try again. If it happens again, write to support.
